Basant Kite & String Rules in Pakistan: Licensed Sellers & NOC

Kites and string are part of Basant, but they are regulated for safety. Under the rules, kites and string may only be sold by vendors who hold a valid government NOC (No Objection Certificate / licence), and only permitted, safe string is allowed - dangerous sharp or metal-coated manjha remains outlawed.

On Behtreen Qeemat, kite and string sellers are welcome - but only with a valid government NOC. Every seller, including kite and string vendors, must upload their NOC, and our team verifies it before they go live. That means when you buy, you're buying from a government-licensed, verified seller.

Selling as a licensed kite or string vendor? Apply and upload your NOC - we verify in 3-5 working days.
