Disclaimer
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This Disclaimer is general information, not legal advice.
1. General
Behtreen Qeemat (behtreenqeemat.com) is a free online price-comparison platform for Pakistan. We gather publicly listed prices and product information from third-party Pakistani online retailers ("Stores") so that you can compare options. Information is provided for general guidance only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. We are a comparison platform, not a store
Behtreen Qeemat does not sell, stock, ship, or take payment for any product, and does not set the prices shown. When you decide to buy, you complete the purchase directly with the relevant Store, under that Store's own terms. Any purchase is a transaction between you and the Store.
3. Price and stock accuracy
Prices, availability, discounts, delivery charges, specifications, and images are collected from Stores periodically and may be out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate by the time you see them. Always verify on the Store. The Store's own product page is the authoritative source. We do not guarantee any price is the lowest available or that any product is in stock.
4. No endorsement
Listing a Store, product, or brand does not mean we endorse or vouch for it. Store names, brand names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify and compare products (nominative fair use).
5. Advertising and affiliate disclosure
The Site displays third-party advertising (for example, Google AdSense). Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you click through and buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay. We aim to keep comparisons fair regardless of commission.
6. No professional advice
Content on Behtreen Qeemat, including listings in categories such as pharmacy, health, and personal care, is for general information and price comparison only. It is not medical, health, pharmaceutical, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such.
- Do not use our listings to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about any health condition. For medicines, dosage, suitability, side effects, and safety, always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist and read the product's official information.
- For any financial decision, consult a qualified financial adviser.
- Product images and descriptions are for identification and may differ from the actual product; the Store's information prevails.
7. External links
The Site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, prices, security, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Behtreen Qeemat is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on the Site, from any purchase decision, or from your dealings with any Store. See our Terms of Service for more detail.
9. Changes
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
