This page provides general information about how you may use Behtreen Qeemat. It is not legal advice. We are not lawyers, and nothing here should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you ("you", "user") and Behtreen Qeemat ("Behtreen Qeemat", "BQ", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the website at behtreenqeemat.com and any related pages, tools, and features (together, the "Site" or the "Service").

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. What Behtreen Qeemat is (and is not)

Behtreen Qeemat is an online price-comparison platform for Pakistan. We gather publicly listed prices and product information from third-party Pakistani online retailers ("Stores") and present them in one place so that you can compare options and decide where to shop.

We are not a shop, seller, marketplace, or retailer. To be clear, Behtreen Qeemat does not:

  • sell, stock, warehouse, or own any of the products listed;
  • ship, deliver, or handle any product;
  • take payment for products, process orders, or issue invoices for products; or
  • set the prices shown, prices are set by the Stores, not by us.

When you decide to buy something, you leave our Site and complete the purchase directly with the relevant Store. Any purchase is a transaction between you and that Store, governed by that Store's own terms, prices, and policies. We are not a party to it.

3. No warranty on prices, stock, or product information

We collect prices, availability, specifications, images, and other information from Stores on a periodic, automated, or manual basis. This information may be out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate by the time you view it. Prices and stock levels change frequently and without notice.

  • The information on Behtreen Qeemat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, for general guidance only.
  • The Store's own product page is always the authoritative source for the current price, availability, delivery charges, warranty, and terms of any product.
  • You must verify all details on the Store's website before making a purchase decision.

We do not guarantee that any price shown is the lowest available, that any listed product is in stock, or that the descriptions and images are correct or current.

4. Outbound links and third-party stores

The Site contains links that send you to third-party Stores and other external websites, for your convenience. We do not control, operate, or endorse those websites, and we are not responsible for their content, products, prices, security, delivery, returns, customer service, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any Store are solely between you and that Store.

5. Free service and eligibility

Browsing and comparing prices on Behtreen Qeemat is free for users. No account or registration is required simply to browse. You should be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Site; if you are a minor under applicable law, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and fairly. In particular, you agree that you will not:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or systematically extract data from the Site using bots, spiders, scripts, or other automated means, except with our prior written permission;
  • place an unreasonable load on our servers, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, accounts, or networks, or probe or test their vulnerability;
  • introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
  • reproduce, republish, resell, or commercially exploit our content, compilation, or database without our permission;
  • use the Site to infringe anyone's rights, to harass others, or for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.

7. User suggestions and submissions

You may suggest Stores or products, report incorrect prices, or send us feedback. By submitting anything to us, you confirm that you are entitled to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, reproduce, and act on that submission to operate and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Behtreen Qeemat name, logo, page design, original text, and the selection and arrangement of information on the Site are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial price-comparison purposes only.

Store names, brand names, logos, product names, trademarks, and product images shown on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. We display them purely to identify and compare products and Stores (nominative fair use). Their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless we clearly say so. 9. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

  • Advertising: the Site displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks (for example, Google AdSense), managed by those networks and separate from our comparison content.
  • Affiliate links: some outbound links to Stores are affiliate links. If you click such a link and buy, we may earn a commission from the Store, at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay and does not, on its own, determine the order in which results are shown.

10. Concierge service (future / optional)

We plan to introduce an optional paid concierge service under which subscribers may ask us to help build or place shopping carts on their behalf at third-party Stores. It is not yet generally available and, when launched, will be governed by separate terms and pricing. Even then, the product sale, payment, and delivery remain between you and the Store.

11. Availability of the Service

We try to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Behtreen Qeemat provides the Site "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on prices, stock, or product details, from any purchase decision, or from the acts or omissions of any Store or third party; nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Behtreen Qeemat, its owners, and its team from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. We operate within Pakistan's legal framework, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) and evolving data-protection legislation (such as the Personal Data Protection Bill).
